The Buckeye lineup starts with four designs...the four most popular. Modifications can be made to each design to obtain the look and functionality you want and demand.
Ohio Barn:
The sidewall height of the Ohio Barn is 5 feet tall. This building includes 2 solid wooden doors (choice of 5 styles - see Reason #4) and two overhead lofts built from solid pine boards. You have a choice of standard tongue and groove beveled pine siding (vertical or horizontal) or premium cove pine siding (see Reason #2 for more info). Sizes range from 8x10 up to 16x24. Ohio Barn 5 is available built on your prepared site, delivered already built, or you have a choice of a starter kit or material kit.
For a savings of 10%, you can convert this building to a "Low Profile" Ohio Barn 4. The sidewall height is decreased to 4 feet tall and overhead lofts are removed. This is a great option for those with a height restriciton or a small backyard.
For an extra 10%, you can convert this building to a "High Profile" Ohio Barn 6. The sidewall height is increased to 6 feet tall and you gain 6 inches of space in the included overhead lofts and 6 inches of headroom underneath the lofts.

Estate Barn:
This style of building offers the most amount of overhead storage! The sidewall height of the Estate Barn is 6 feet 8 inches tall. This building includes one pair of solid double doors and one single solid wooden door (choice of 5 styles - see Reason #4) and two overhead lofts built from solid pine boards. You have a choice of standard tongue and groove beveled pine siding (vertical or horizontal) or premium cove pine siding (see Reason #2 for more info). Sizes range from 10x10 up to 16x32. Estate Barn is available built on your prepared site, delivered already built, or you have a choice of a starter kit or material kit.

Garden Building:
This style is our most popular design due to the many available customizations! The sidewall height of the Garden Building is 7 feet tall and the roof is a 6:12 pitch. This building includes one pair of solid double doors (choice of 5 styles - see Reason #4) and two overhead lofts built from solid pine boards. You have a choice of standard tongue and groove beveled pine siding (vertical or horizontal) or premium cove pine siding (see Reason #2 for more info). Sizes range from 8x10 up to 16x32. Garden Building is available built on your prepared site, delivered already built, or you have a choice of a starter kit or material kit.
For a savings of 10%, you can convert this building to a "Low Profile" Garden Building. The sidewall height is decreased to 6 feet 8 inches tall the roof pitch is decreased to the industry standard 4:12 pitch. This lower roof pitch does not allow for overhead lofts, however optional shelving is available. This is a great option for those with a height restriciton or a small backyard.
For an extra 10%, you can convert this building to an "Elite Profile" Garden Building. The sidewall height stays at 7 feet tall and the roof pitch is increased to an upscale 8:12 pitch. You have the choice of traditional overhead lofts or a unique perimeter loft.

This style is our most asked about! The sidewall height of the Kentucky Cabin is 7 feet tall and the roof is a 6:12 pitch. This building includes one pair of solid double doors and one single solid wooden door (choice of 5 styles - see Reason #4), a full length porch, and two overhead lofts built from solid pine boards. You have a choice of standard tongue and groove beveled pine siding (vertical or horizontal) or premium cove pine siding (see Reason #2 for more info). Sizes range from 8x10 up to 16x32 (these dimensions are inside usable space and do not include porch dimensions). Kentucky Cabin is available built on your prepared site, delivered already built, or you have a choice of a starter kit or material kit.
For a savings of 10%, you can convert this building to a "Low Profile" Kentucky Cabin. The sidewall height is decreased to 6 feet 8 inches tall the roof pitch is decreased to the industry standard 4:12 pitch.
