  • Ground excavation up to 10 inches out of level
  • Fabric weed barrier
  • Placement of gravel & compacted for a packed pad
  • Site Clean Up: load up excess dirt and haul away
  • Optional: Add a 4x6 pressure-treated perimeter

Cement Pad Includes the following:
  • Standard grading & materials for the complete job
  • 4" or 6" Thick Pad
  • Depending on the customer's community requirements: Monolithic Pad (thicker and deeper around the edges); Frost Foundation; Frost Wall Foundation; Footer Foundation, etc.
