Rent-To-Own Monthly Payments
There is NO credit check, everyone qualifies!  There is NO penalty for early payoff.  Only pay a monthly "rental fee" for the number of months you use the program.  Ask for more information. 
​(Note: Some manufacturers have their own RTO programs and monthly payments and deposit amount may be differnt than seen below.)  ​
#1 FAQ: 
Can I pay more than the minimum deposit at time of purchase? 
No.  The rental agreements only allow the dealer/salesperon to collect a minimum deposit.  For future payments, the RTO companies typically allow customers to pay extra if they choose to do so.

What is the interest rate?
With Rent-to-Own, there is no interest rate.  Instead, there is a monthly rental fee that you only pay for the number of months that you use the program.  The amount of that monthly fee will depend on which term you choose (24, 36,48, or 54 months).

Deposit payments made to Ohio Outdoor Structures can be paid with any major *credit card, a check payable to "Ohio Outdoor Structures", or with cash. 

*Credit Card Processing Fees 
Ohio Outdoor Structures does not ask the customer to pay the processing fees when the minimum required deposit is paid at time of order.  However, if a customer requests to pay more than the minimum required deposit, a 3% credit card processing fee will be added to the transaction.  Processing fees can be avoided by paying with a check. 

Balance payments are paid directly to the Manufacturer (not Ohio Outdoor Structures).  Each manufacturer has their own policy regarding accepted methods of payment and credit card processing fees.  If a Finance or Rent-To-Own option is selected, payment(s) will be according to the signed agreement with the Finance or Rent-To-Own company.  Ask for additional information.
